The Tourism Department is a section of the Dénia Town Hall.

Furthermore, our Tourism Information Office is included in the Tourist Info Network (Tourism Offices of the Generalitat Valenciana, the Valencian Regional Government) since we are members through a collaboration agreement.

• Beach Management

What do we offer?

TOURIST INFORMATION AREA AFTER-SALES SERVICE

* Personal Assistance in 5 languages: Spanish , valencian, english, french and german.

* Dénia, Marina Alta region and Valencian Community tourist information (accommodation, transport, leisure, fiestas, sports, tourist itineraries, guided tours, etc).

* Consultation of tourist information of the rest of Spain

* Telephone and e-mail assistance within the office openning hours and free sending of Dénia tourist information (requests on the telephone, by post, by e-mail)

* Tourist Occupation data.

OTHER AREAS
* Promotion and Marketing Area: Execution and implementation of promotional activities (assistance at tourism trade fairs, design of publicity in media, famtrips assistance and other public relation activities) and support to Dénia private sector to promote its tourist products.

* Planning and Tourist Management: Execution of specific activities to improve the quality of the tourist products in Dénia: improvement of public infraestructures and development of new tourist products and tourist researches.

* Beach services Management: management of infraestructures at beaches and lifesaving service. The Environmental Area of Dénia City Council is in charge of the management of the beaches cleaning.

Where are we? Opening Hours

LOCATION

The Tourist Office Dénia is situated at Dr. Manuel Lattur 1 street, opposite the FGV railway station.

Our location is excelent since we are very close to the railway station (trains to Alicante), the Maritime Station (boats to Balear Islands) and 500 metres from the bus station (Archiduque Carlos square). But also, you only have to walk few metres to get to the city centre.

OPENING HOURS

The Central Office opens every day of the year (except on December, 25 and January, 1), from Monday to Sunday, with the following opening hours:

Winter opening hours (October to June)

Monday to Friday: 9.00 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday: 10. 00 am to 7 p.m 

Sunday and bank holidays: 10.00 am to 2 p.m.

Summer opening hours (July to September)

Every day, including weekends and holidays: 9.00 a.m. to 8 p.m.
